1. Click MAKE PAYMENT.
2. Select 4TH IFRC 2026 REGISTRATION FEES in the PAYMENT FOR dropdown.
3. Complete the compulsory payment details.
4. Click PAY.
5. Your official receipt will be automatically generated.
Method 2: Invoice/Purchase Order
Participant submit the Purchase Order (PO) to aliah_mohsin@upm.edu.my (Dr. Aliah Zannierah Binti Mohsin, Head of Finance Committee, 4th International Food Research Conference 2026) and copy 4thifrc2026@upm.edu.my· .
Your PO should include the following information:

QUANTITY/UNIT PRICE: according to your Registration Category.
3. To be eligible for the Early Bird promotion, please submit the PO or GL before the early bird due date.
4. We will issue an invoice to you. Details of bank information for payment purposes will be included in the invoice. For government-linked participants, invoices will be applied and issued only after the conference. Meanwhile for private companies, the Finance committee will apply invoices before the conference. Once approved by UPM Bursar, the payment has to be made within 30 days

Upon receiving the form, please complete the following information:

Submit a copy of the complete BR045 form to Cik Nur Izzati Mohd Amir (izzatiamir@upm.edu.my). You can also meet her at the Office of Deputy Dean (Postgraduate, Research and Innovation), FOOD 5 Building, Faculty of Food Science and Technology, UPM for any inquiries.

Method 2: Bank transfer or cheque
1. Fill in the Cheque with payment information to:

2. Submit a copy of the Cheque Transfer form to 4thifrc2026@upm.edu.my.
3. UPM Bursar will issue a receipt.

1. Submit a copy of the Purchase Order or Guarantee Letter to 4thifrc2026@upm.edu.my.
2. The UPM Bursar will issue an invoice.
3. The UPM Bursar will email the invoice to the company, and the company must make payment within 30 days.
